Services suspended

I’ve received a text saying my services have been suspended because I’ve reached 90% of my credit limit.. my bill is always €70 I’ve never missed a direct debit payment , I should have been charged for a new phone last month, I wasn’t and it’s on this months bill which is due in 4 days and will pay €70 for my bill and €200 for the phone! Why have my services been suspended????
