I've had no signal in knocknacarra, Galway for 2 days. I was kept waiting in chat for 30 minutes with no answer. It was very frustrating and the sheet was very unhelpful.
@Areas Hello there, how's your signal today? I've had a look in the general area and see that one of the masts there is being worked on at the moment. This might be impacting your service.
