Sim card not working

Hi,

Suddenly out of nowhere my sim card isn't working at all.

There is no coverage and nobody can call me.

The white dots are gray at the top with a small x on top of it.

So there is also no data nothing connected.

No incoming calls etc.

I need this number to be working for internet banking.

Why is it not working?

Do I need a new simcard?

Also another question- will this number work outside of Ireland in another EU country?
