Two Bill Pay Accounts

Hi,

I have two bill pay accounts - one I use myself and the other is for my daughter.  Both accounts are registered on My3.  However, on the account my daughter is using, I am unable to check upgrade status online.  I know it is eligible for an upgrade at the moment but I am unable to see this, or process an order, online.  Any help on how I can overcome this online issue?
