Unable to contact my local Three Shop on their Landline

Because my work hours co-incide almost exactly with their opening hours, I have been trying to contact my local Three Shop, in the Douglas Court Shopping Centre by 'phone for the last week or so, without success. 

I have also sent two e-mails setting out my issue with similar results. 

Has anyone else had this problem?

Following a most unsatisfactory conversation with the Three Shop in Douglas, I now know that the 'phone is purely for outgoing calls. They can't even be bothered to put a message to that effect when one gets through to the Message Box. The only way to get through them is 1913 and that gets you to the Central Customer Service location, not your local shop. It seems they are too busy to answer the 'phone.
