I am trying to look at upgrade prices and plans which are available to me to no avail, every time I click it states "Cannot complete action for 08xxxxxxxx, please contact online support".
I have also contacted online support previously and they offered me a billpay offer for 60 euro a month + insurance, which I refused. I can see an order was put on my account for a bill of 72.99 for next month, which is not applicable as I refused the offer. Please advise why I cannot view possible upgrades and please confirm that I will not be charged this amount as my bill is 43.99 monthly
