Unable to upgrade device despite being eligible

I am trying to look at upgrade prices and plans which are available to me to no avail, every time I click it states "Cannot complete action for 08xxxxxxxx, please contact online support". 

 

I have also contacted online support previously and they offered me a billpay offer for 60 euro a month + insurance, which I refused. I can see an order was put on my account for a bill of 72.99 for next month, which is not applicable as I refused the offer. Please advise why I cannot view possible upgrades and please confirm that I will not be charged this amount as my bill is 43.99 monthly

@shellyoc89 Hi there, when you contacted our web messaging team, did you accept the new plan and upgrade at that time then cancel it? If an upgrade was applied to your account this could be the reason why you can't see an upgrade now on your account.
