I am so unhappy with my plan. I am charged excessive fees for exceeding my 2gb internet allowance which is not enough as I don’t have access to wifi during the day. My contract is up at the end of March and if I can’t get some sort of refund and help with a new reduced plan with unlimited data allowance I will move my business elsewhere. I see other competitors are offering free data allowance etc
