I'm a bit confused by the Upgrade process. i have been flagged as eligible for an upgrade but when I click into it the plan options I am given are quite rubbish compared to the plans on offer for people changing over. They seem to cost more and get less. I can't really understand why this is though, I thought the idea of an upgrade was to keep users on your network, but this looks like the idea is to encourage people to run down their contracts and then compare all the networks again.
