Upgrade Eligibility date wrong

My Upgrade Eligibility date is wrong on my account. I have contacted Three on about 5 or 6 occasions ( over the course of about a year ) with each person telling me it will be fixed and then nothing happens. I'm getting sick of it!!!!

 

How do I get this sorted??

@biff Hi there, I get your frustration and I reckon that one of our Care teams have passed this onto our tech team to look at. Were you given an investigation reference number?
