Upgrade

I have 2 mobiles with three, both due upgrades since 10th September.

I have been looking forward to the 5g rollout and was waiting to see what 5g handsets become available, when I saw threes  press around 5g I thought lets check out some phones....

I have and my partner has a Samsung S9 both need upgrades so I thought S20 5G would be perfect... until I saw the price! 

 How does an existing customer feel in any way loyal when I can switch in December with no penalty and get the same phone free elsewhere?
