Voicemail Cannot Activate

Hi - I am a new customer about 1  month to three.  I cannot set up my voicemail.  I have received messages from three to say I have messages but cannot access.  Appreciate assistance.

@Macmimi Hi there 👋 Welcome to 3 and 3Community, we're delighted to have you 😃 Tell me, which price plan are you on? I know some customers on the 3 Billpay 100 plan cannot dial 171 presently, our tech team are working on a fix for that. Is this your price plan by any chance? Let me know 👍
