Voicemail

When I call 171 it asks me to put in my date of birth to access my account details. Then it tells me I have used all of my allowance and asks me to make a payment. But no payment is owing on my account. Is this a spam post or has anyone else come across this. How do I access my voicemail?

@AGapert Hhmmmm that's an unusual one and I'd like to check it out for you! Tell me, has this always been the way when you've dialed 171 or is this just recently? I'm guessing you've tried restarting the phone and calling again? Let me know 👍

 

 

This problem has only been happening for the last 2 weeks. I 've restarted
my phone and still having the same problem.

@AGapert Over the weekend could you test your SIM in another phone? That will tell us if the problem is with the SIM or the phone. You could also order a replacement SIM card over here, it's free so there's no harm in having it ordered.

@Add_06483 Hello there and welcome to 3Community. Tell me, how long has this been happening and have you tried your SIM in another phone? I'd also be interested to see if @AGapert is still noticing this!
