As per title I recently upgraded my handset and my credit card was charged twice. I spoke to a customer service person who advised me to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of my credit card statement. I did so on Monday, today is Friday and I have had no acknowledgement of my email. I now can't even get through to a real person on your customer service phone line. Please let me know asap how and when you will reimburse me for the unauthorised deduction from my credit card account.
