3Unlimited Broadband SIMO Data Allowance Balance

Hi, I'm on the 3Unlimited Broadband SIMO Data Allowance Balance. Since the My3 portal was updated last month my data allowance balance is showing as 100% of 750Gb. Previously I could see the Gb usage updated in real time. I now have no way of knowing what my data usage is.
