I'd like to cancel my account. I've switched to Vodafone (the speed is much faster where I live now).
I've tried to get this sorted via "Chat", but the person there just wouldn't listen to what I was saying.
Can you help me with this, please?!

@conorot Sorry to see you go! I've also moved your post to our broadband board as it might help others asking the same question.
So you'll need to check that your account isn't in contract. If so, there will be no cancellation fee. and you can cancel by giving 30 days notice.
