Defined broadband limit

Text received saying 90% of defined credit limit exceeded one week after 3 broadband sign-up. Set up online account and there's no indication of this. Please advise.

@Anniemc Hi there 👋 Our 3 Broadband Unlimited plan has had it's 750GB fair usage policy removed, so I'd doubt you've gone over your allowance 😊
