I can't change my Bank details as I can't logon

I have spent about 4 hours in various chat sessions trying to fix this. I am in the UK so can't free phone to talk. Chat won't let me in now. I want to change my Bank details ad I have changed accounts. Can't do it online. Maybe easier just to register with another service provider.

@Coolcullen Hi there 👋 let's help you out here. You can change your bank details in My3 in the Manage Direct Debit section. However, I see that you mention in your post that you can't login? Is that to My3? Tell me what happens when you try to login and we'll go from there 👍
