I'm in Moville Donegal but service says 02-UK

Hi - I signed up for the 3 unlimited data plan.  I am physically in Moville but the upper left of my home screen says 02-UK.  Does this mean I'm on a UK connection and not 3?  Why is my data usage being metered instead of unlimited?  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi - thank you for getting back to me. Yes, I selected 3ireland.ie It is the only choice my Samsung Galaxey S6 will let me choose. I must be picking up a UK signal, perhaps the UK signal is stronger where I am physically located.
