I'm just wondering if anyone is able to help me with our mobile broadband.
We joined 3 in November of 2020 & had absolutely no issues with our broadband at all. Towards the end of January 2021, the mast in our area had gone down & was down for a week. Ever since it came back up, we've had non stop connectivity issues. We can't hold connection & keep getting error messages on things regarding an unstable connection. We've had our sim card replaced & our modem replaced and we're still suffering with it.
We haven't gotten any answers back from three support regarding this & in 2 weeks a member of our household is going to be having a serious surgery and will be on bedrest for at least 4 weeks & will want to be able to play the PlayStation to pass time while stuck in bed.
