I have recently applied for a network unlock code for my o2 hotshot device.
I requested such from the help pages on the O2 website and got the following reply:

Thank you for your unlock query. Prior to network unlocking a handset,
Speakeasy customers are required to have topped up by 150 euro after
registering the device, excluding free credit. We are currently unable to
provide you with an unlock code (...)

I am currently a Mobile Broadband Prepay customer, however the very same account was a Billpay before than I asked to switch to Prepay recently, hence I requested such unlock code.
Could you look into this issue?
