New prepay broadband plan & account credit
Hi, I had a legacy prepay broadband plan that would use occasionally as I required it. I recently changed it to the new prepay plan. I have some account credit that I have no way of converting to an add on. I have been onto chat & email Customer Support but neither were able to advise me a successful way to get an add on. I was told try the My3 App or store webpage but there isn’t an option to get an add on with the new plan. And CS can’t apply the Add on. I can’t get the account credit refunded So what can I do with my account credit?
