Mobile data does not work at home. It's only showing EDGE , No Service, at best one bar on 3G. The rest of the family have good 3/4G coverage while in the house. Can you help please? Thankyou...
@GDaffy Hi there, because the rest of your family have 3/4G on their phones, it might indicate that you need to check your phone and/or SIM card. Let's start with the SIM. Can you pop this into one of the other phones in the house to see what sort of signal you pick up? If you're getting EDGE, the best thing to do is get a SIM replacement. Let me know how it goes 👌
