I am a very recent customer. I signed up expecting a speed of approx 8Mbps. I am not getting that speed or anything near it. Please tell me what speed I should be getting and what the company or myself can do to increase that rate.

@Yelruf Good morning. Our signal is over-the-air meaning it's not a direct fixed line to your house. As a result, speeds are impacted by external factors that may be unique to your address. Because of this, I cannot say what speeds you should expect as they will vary.
