Switching broadband provider

I am a broadband and mobile phone customer with Three and o2 an esat etc going back to the start. I still use three for my mobiles but switched my landline and broadband to eir for a number of reasons. I was out of contract with three, so switch over was easy all went well,but after 6 months I am still getting billed by Three. I have emailed, phoned etc and have made little progress. I have been credited for some of it and was advised it was all sorted and past 2 months charged again. Im wondering is there anyone who could help me as I have been passed all over the place. Thanks
