My3 - Self Service Options

 

SPT and SME customers can use My3 to avail of immediate self service functionality for a number of different account administration tasks.

 

Registering for My3

  1. Visit My3 to register.
  2. Fill in your details and choose a password.
  3. A Verification Code will then be sent to you via SMS. Enter the verification code. 
  4. Your registration is now complete.

 

My3 Features

Once you've signed up for My3, you'll be available to:

  • View all subscriptions (mobile numbers) associated with the account
  • View current bill amount due
  • View bill history
  • View marketing permissions and preferences
  • Check if an account user is due an upgrade

 

My3 App

Once you've registered for My3, make sure you download the My3 app, which makes it even easier to check your account, anytime or anywhere. 

 

Customers can download the My3 app to their device via the App Store (iPhones) or the Google Play Store (Android). 

 

You can then use your My3 username and password to log in via the app.
