How do I check if I'm due an upgrade?

 

Prepay customers

Prepay customers can upgrade once a month. The quickest way to upgrade is through the Online Shop. Just click on the phone you want and then click Upgrade under I'm an existing customer.

Bill Pay customers

You'll need to check your account to see if you're due an upgrade. You can do this on the My3 Account App by going to the CURRENT BALANCE tab and tapping Check for Upgrade.
