The free My3 app is available on Apple iOS and Android App store.
You must have an active Three.ie/my3 account to use the app.
As a new user you can register via the app or if needed use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset your password.
Bill Pay customers can use the app to view their recent usage, view billing details and pay bills.
Prepay customers and check their credit balance, view their recent usage and buy top ups.
All customers can use the app to Message with Customer Care agents (in app).
You can also check if you are eligible for an upgrade and then find your nearest retail store or shop online.
