Updating Account Information


If you need to update your My3 account information, read on.


Update Address

If you've recently moved house or need to update your address, contact us at and we will change it for you. Once your address has been updated, any future bills or letters will be sent to your new address.


Update Married Name

To change the surname on your account to your new married name, visit a Three store with your marriage certificate.

We’ll take a copy of it and then we’ll change your name on our systems.


Update Permissions and Preferences

To change your preferences on My3, log in and select 'My Details and Preferences'. 


Any changes made via My3 can take up to 24 hours to apply.
