If you need to update your account information, read on.
If you've recently moved house, you'll need to inform us of your new address.
Prepay customers can update their address on their My3 account.
Bill Pay customers will need to contact us at three.ie/contact-us/chat and provide proof of address. We will then update your account. Once your address has been updated, any future bills or letters will be sent to your new address.
Update Married Name
To change the surname on your account to your new married name, visit a Three store with your marriage certificate. We’ll take a copy of it and then we’ll change your name on our systems.
Update Permissions and Preferences
To change your preferences on My3, log in and select 'My Details and Preferences'.
Any changes made via My3 can take up to 24 hours to apply.
