Make Calls or Send Texts & MMS 

 

Make A Call

 

  • Tap the Phone icon. 
  • Dial the phone number and tap the Call button.
  • You can also tap the Contacts icon to select a contact.

Send A Message

 

  • Tap the Message icon.
  • Tap the new message icon on the bottom left.
  • Tap Type name or number and enter the number of the person you want to text.
  • You can also tap the Add Contact icon to select a contact.
  • Tap Type text message and write your message.
  • Tap the Send icon.

To send a picture message tap the attachment icon before tapping Send. Tap Choose a Photo to add a photo to the text.

 

Add my Email Settings

 

  • Tap Email.
  • Enter your email address and password.
  • Tap Next.
  • Set how often the phone should check for emails and how you want to be notified.
  • Tap Next.
  • Set an account name and tap Next.

If you get an error message make sure you have entered your username and password correctly.

 

If the error continues try adding the email manually.

 

  • Tap Email.
  • Enter your email address and password.
  • Tap Manual setup.
  • Tap POP3.
  • Enter the Incoming email server. This is the Incoming Mail Server for your email provider.  
  • Enter 110 beside Port.
  • Set Security type to None.
  • Set Delete email from server to Never.
  • Tap Next.
  • Enter the Outgoing mail server. This is the Outgoing Mail Server for your Internet provider.
  • Enter 25 below Port.
  • Select None under Security Type.
  • Untick Require sign-in. Tap Next
  • Set the email retrieval frequency.
  • Enter a name for the account and then your own name.
  • Tap Done

Select an active APN to change it or tap Menu and New APN to enter a new APN.

 

 

Pair a Bluetooth Device 

 

  • Turn the Bluetooth device on.
  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Bluetooth.
  • Make sure the switch is turned to On.
  • Tap Search For Devices.
  • The phone will search for nearby Bluetooth devices. Select the one you want to connect to.

Connect to WiFi Network

 

  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Wi-Fi.
  • Make sure the switch is turned to On
  • The phone will search for available WiFi networks. Tap the one you want to connect to. 
  • If you are asked for a password you can get this from the WiFi provider.

Unlock Phone

 

Click here to request the unlock code.

 

Once we receive your unlock code we will send it to you by text or email.

 

You can then follow the steps below to complete the unlock process.

 

  • Enter a SIM card from another network in to the phone.
  • Enter the PIN for the SIM Card if you are asked.
  • You will be prompted to enter the unlock code. 

If you enter the code and get an error message:

 

  • Check that you have entered the code correctly. 
  • Make sure you are following the instructions exactly
