The instructions below are for phones running iOS 6 or older.

Make Calls or Send Texts & MMS

 

Making a Call

 

To make a call tap the Phone icon.

 

Tap Contacts to call a saved number. Just tap the contacts name and then tap call icon beside the number you want to call.

 

To manually dial a number tap Keypad. Enter the number and tap Call.

 

Send a Text or Picture Message

 

  • Tap Messages.
  • Tap the compose icon in the top right corner.
  • Enter the number or name of the person you want to text beside To:. You can also tap + to select a saved contact.
  • Tap in to the compose box and start writing your message.
  • Tap Send.

To send a picture message tap the camera icon before tapping Send. This will allow you to select a picture to attach to the message.

 

Add my Email Settings

 

  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  • Tap Add Account...
  • Select your email provider.
  • Enter your name, email address, password and a description.
  • Click Next.
  • Click Save.

Add my Internet Settings

 

These are found under:
 
  • Settings
  • General
  • Network
  • Cellular Data Network 

Pair a Bluetooth device

 

  • Turn the device on.
  • Tap Settings, then General and then Bluetooth.
  • Tap Bluetooth and slide the switch to On.
  • The phone will automatically search for nearby devices.
  • Tap the device you want to connect to.

Connect to a Wifi Hotspot

 

  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Wi-Fi. 
  • Slide the switch to On.
  • The phone will automatically search for nearby networks.
  • Tap the network you want to connect to.
  • If you are asked to enter a password you can get this from the network provider.

Unlock Phone

 

Click here to request the unlock code.

 

Once we have received your unlock code we will let you know. You can then follow the steps below to complete the unlock process.

 

Using a SIM card from another network.

 

  • Insert the SIM card.
  • Turn on the phone.
  • Connect your iPhone to iTunes.
  • A message will appear saying that your phone has been unlocked.

Using your Three SIM card.

 

  • Power on your phone.
  • Connect your phone to iTunes.
  • Click Restore
  • Select Back-up. This will ensure you do not lose any of your information stored on the iPhone.
  • Restore your iPhone
  • When your iPhone is restored it will be unlocked.
If you do not get a message to say that your phone has been unlocked  make sure you have an Internet connection.
