Make Call

 

Making a call on iPhone is as simple as choosing a number in your contacts, or tapping one of your favorites or recent calls. Or just ask Siri to “call Jane Doe.”

 

Dial manually.

Tap Keypad, enter the number, then tap Call.

 

Use Siri or Voice Control.

Press and hold the Home button, say “call” or “dial,” then say the name or number.

 

Contacts.

Tap Phone, Tap Contacts to call a saved number. Just tap the contacts name and then tap call icon beside the number you want to call.

 

Send Text

 

  1. Tap Messages.
  2. Tap the Compose icon.
  3. To enter contacts, you can:
    • enter a phone number in the To: If you want to add more than one number, tap Return after each number
    • enter the first few letters of the contact you want and tap on the correct name or number that appears
    • tap the + icon next to theTo: field and select the contact you want.
  4. Note: Selecting an email address from your contacts will convert your text into an MMS.
  5. Once you've added all the contacts you want, type your message in the box shown below and tap Send button. Your message will now have been sent.

 

Send a video/picture

 

  1. Tap Messages.
  2. Tap the Compose icon.
  3. To enter contacts, you can:
    • enter a phone number in the To: field. If you want to add more than one number, tap Return after each number.
    • enter the first few letters of the contact you want and tap on the correct name or number that appears.
    • tap the + icon next to the To: field and select the contact you want.
  1. Once you've added all the contacts you want, you can add a photo or video by tapping the camera icon next to the text box. You'll be given the option to either take a new photo/video or to upload one you've already got saved
  2. When you've finished, tap Send. Your message will now have been sent.

 

Add my Email Settings

 

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Tap Add Account...
  4. Select your email provider.
  5. Enter your name, email address, password and a description.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Click Save.

Add my Internet Settings

 

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Mobile Data.
  3. Tap Mobile Data Options and slide the switch to On.
  4. Tap Enable 4G to select how you’d like to use 4G. You can turn it off, select Voice & Data, or choose Data Only. Select Off if you just want to connect to our 3G network.

 

Pair a Bluetooth Device

 

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Bluetooth and slide the switch to On.
  3. The phone will automatically search for nearby devices.
  4. Tap the device you want to connect to.

 

Connect to WiFi

 

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi.
  3. Switch Wi-Fi on.
  4. Available Wi-Fi networks will appear under Choose a Network...
  5. Tap on the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to.
  6. Enter the wireless password and tap Join. You should now be connected to the internet.

Unlock Phone

 

 Click here to request the unlock code.

 Once you have received the code you will be able to unlock your phone.

 Enter a SIM card from another network in to the phone.

  1. Enter the PIN for the SIM Card if you are asked.
  2. You will be prompted to enter the unlock code.
  3. Enter the unlock code and restart the phone to complete the unlock process.
