Make Calls or Send Texts & MMS 


Make a call


To make a call, tap the menu icon and then tap Phone. Dial in the number you want to call and press the call icon. You can also select a contact that opening the People app.


Send text messages


  • Tap Menu and then Messages.
  • Tap New Message.
  • Enter the number beside To or tap the Contacts icon to select a saved number.
  • Tap Tap to Compose and enter your message.
  • Tap Send.

To send a picture message press Menu and tap Attach before tapping Send. This will allow you to select an image to attach to the message.


Add my Email Settings


  • Press Menu.
  • Select Mail.
  • Choose your email provider.
  • Enter your email address and password.
  • Tap Next.
  • Your phone will automatically detect your email settings.
  • Enter a name for the account.
  • Enter the name to appear on outgoing emails.
  • Tap Done

If you get an error message make sure you have entered your email address and password correctly.


Add my Internet Settings 


If you're having issues accessing the Internet it's good to check that your settings are correct.

  • Wireless & networks
  • Mobile networks
  • Access Point Names 

Pair a Bluetooth Device 


  • Go to settings
  • Select Bluetooth
  • Make discoverable
  • Select the device you want to pair with
  • If prompted enter pin.

Connect to a WiFi Hotspot 


  • Tap Menu then Settings.
  • Tap Wireless & networks.
  • Select the Wi-Fi checkbox to turn Wi-Fi on.
  • The phone will automatically search for available networks.
  • Tap the network you want to connect to. If you are asked for a password you can get this from the WiFi provider.

If you get an error message make sure you have entered the password correctly.

You should also check that the network is open to public use. 


Unlock Phone


Click here to request the unlock code.


Once we receive your unlock code we will send it to you by text or email.


You can then follow the steps below to complete the unlock process. 


  • - Insert a Non-Three SIM card into your phone.
  • - Enter your PIN number (if you use one).
  • - When the phone turns on, you'll be prompted to enter the "Unlock Code".
  • - Enter the code you were given by Three to unlock the phone.
  • - Your phone is unlocked and may reboot.
