Make Calls or Send Texts & MMS 


To make a call


  • Open the keypad.
  • Enter the number.
  • Press the green call icon.

Send a message


  • Tap Menu.
  • Tap Messaging.
  • Tap Universal inbox.
  • Tap +.
  • Tap Text message.
  • Enter the contact or number you want to text.
  • Enter the message.
  • Tap Send.

To send a picture message tap Menu and then Insert before tapping Send. Select the image you want to include with the message.


Add my Email Settings


  • Tap Menu.
  • Tap Messaging.
  • Tap Universal inbox.
  • Tap Menu.
  • Tap My accounts.
  • Tap Add account.
  • Tap Email.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Tap Finish.

If you get an error message make sure you have entered your email address and password correctly.


If you're still getting an error you can try adding your email manually: 


  • Tap Menu.
  • Tap Messaging.
  • Tap Universal inbox.
  • Tap Menu.
  • Tap My accounts.
  • Tap Add account.
  • Tap Email
  • Select Other and tap Next.
  • Set Your e-mail provider to Other (POP/IMAP) and tap Next.
  • Enter your name and email address.
  • Untick Automatic Setup and tap Next.
  • Enter your username and password. Tap Next.
  • Set Server type to POP3.
  • Scroll to Incoming Server: and enter the Incoming email server. This is the Incoming Mail Server for your email provider.
  • Scroll to Outgoing Server: and enter the Outgoing mail server. This is the Outgoing Mail Server for your Internet provider. 
  • Tap Next.
  • Set the message download options. Tap Next.
  • Set how often the phone should check for messages. Tap Next.
  • Tap Finish.


Add my Internet Settings 


If you're having issues accessing the Internet it's good to check that your settings are correct.  


These are usually found under:


  • Settings
  • Wireless & networks
  • Mobile networks
  • Access Point Names 

Pair a Bluetooth Device 


  • Tap Menu.
  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Wireless & networks.
  • Tap Bluetooth settings.
  • Tap Bluetooth to turn it on.
  • The phone will automatically search for nearby devices.
  • Tap the device you want to connect to.

 Connect to a WiFi Hotspot 


  • Tap Menu.
  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Wireless & networks.
  • Tap WiFi Settings.
  • Tap WiFi to turn it on.
  • The phone will automatically search for available networks.
  • Tap the network you want to connect to. You may be asked for a password which you can get from the WiFi provider.
If you get an error message make sure you have entered the password correctly.

You should also check that the network is open to public use.   

Unlock Phone 


Click here to request the unlock code.


Once you have received the code you will be able to unlock your phone.


  • Enter a SIM card from another network in to the phone.
  • Enter the PIN for the SIM Card if you are asked.
  • You will be prompted to enter the unlock code.
  • Enter the unlock code and restart the phone to complete the unlock process.
