Make Calls or Send Texts & MMS

On the home screen, enter the phone number and press the call key.

Call a saved number by selecting Menu and then Contacts. Select a contact to call them.

Send a text

Select Menu and then Messaging.
Select Create message.
Write your message.
Select Send to.
Select Number to enter a phone number. To enter a contact select Contacts.
Select Send.

To send a picture mesage select Options and then Insert object before selecting Send to.

Add my Email Settings

Select Menu.
Select Mail.
Select Add Account.
Select your email provider.
Enter your email address and password.
Select Sign In.

If you get an error message make sure you have entered your email address and password correctly.

If you're still getting an error you can try adding your email manually:

Select Mail.
Select Add account.
Select Other.
Enter your email address and password.
Select Sign in.
Select pop3.
Select Options.
Select Next.
Enter the Incoming email server. This is the Incoming Mail Server for your email provider.
Set port to 110.
Select None.
Select Options and then Next.
Enter the Outgoing mail server. This is the Outgoing Mail Server for your Internet provider.
Set port to 25.
Select None.
Select Options and then Sign In.

Pair a Bluetooth Device

Make sure the Bluetooth Device is turned on.
Go to Menu, then Settings and then Connectivity.
Select Bluetooth and switch Bluetooth to On.
Select Conn. to audio access..
The phone will search for nearby Bluetooth devices. Select your device to connect to it.

Unlock Phone

Click here to request the unlock code.

Once we receive your unlock code we will send it to you by text or email.

You can then follow the steps below to complete the unlock process.

Turn on your mobile and enter your PIN number (if you use one).
Make sure your Three SIM card is in your phone.
With your phone in standby by mode enter the following: #PW+Unlock code+1#

To get P press the * key 3 times.
To get W press the * key 4 times.
To get + press the * key 2 times.

If you enter the code and get a Code Error message when you are trying to enter the unlock code:

Check that you have entered the code correctly.
Make sure you are following the instructions exactly.

If the code is entered incorrectly three times your phone will lock and you will need to bring it to a Nokia Service Center to have it manually unlocked.
