Make Calls or Send Texts & MMS 


Make Calls


  • Open Phone.
  • Dial the number you want to call and press the call icon.

You can also dial a contact by using the keypad to enter their name or number.


Send Text or Picture Messages


  • Open Messaging.
  • Tap the new message icon.
  • Tap To and enter a contact or phone number.
  • Enter the message text.
  • Tap the send message icon.

To send a picture message tap the attachment icon before tapping send. This will allow you to select a picture to attach to the mesage. 


Add my Email Settings


  • Open Email.
  • Enter your email address and password.
  • Tap Sign In.
  • Tap Done.

Add my Internet Settings 


These are usually found under:


  • Tap Preferences.
  • Set Manual Settings to On.
  • Tap Edit Network Settings.
  • Tap Internet APN (at the top of the screen).  

Pair a Bluetooth Device 


  • Turn Bluetooth device on.
  • Open Bluetooth and tap On.
  • Tap Add device.
  • The phone will search for nearby devices.
  • Tap the device you want to connect to.

Connect to a WiFi Hotspot 


  • Open WiFi and tap Turn On Wi-Fi.
  • The phone will search for nearby networks.
  • Tap Join Network beside the network you want to connect to.
  • If you are asked for a password you can get this from the WiFi provider.
  • Tap Connect.

Unlock Phone


Click here to request the unlock code.


Once we receive your unlock code we will send it to you by text or email.


You can then follow the steps below to complete the unlock process.


  • Insert a Non-Three SIM card into your phone.
  • Turn on the phone.
  • Insert your PIN code if requested.
  • When the phone turns on you will be prompted to 'enter unlock code'.
  • Enter the code you were given by Three to unlock the phone.
  • Your phone is unlocked and may reboot. 
If you enter the code and get an error message:
  • Check that you have entered the code correctly. 
  • Make sure you are following the instructions exactly.
