Scheduled topup failed due to expired card

Hi,

 

My scheduled topup failed due to expired card. I got a text asking me to log in and update my card, which I did, but I guess it didn't work because now 3 days later somehow my account has gone from €153 balance to €0 without being informed that the scheduled topup didn't work after adding the new card. How is it even possible to spend €153 in that short of a time? I don't think I've made any phone calls and I'm always on wifi other than a 10 min walk each morning...

 

Would be nice if someone can look into this.

Hi Anna, thanks for the details. If you don't have an active data plan and mobile data is still active on your phone, then Prepay credit can be used up quite quickly as mobile data is charged based on the volume of data and not by time connected. You can drop me a PM with your full name, mobile number, address and date of birth. I'll be able to check this further with you then.
