€15 of credit disappears after 1 day

the last four times i have topped up my phone, the €15 euro disappears after 1 day. i have low data turned on and the only things i use my data for are texting. i did not call anyone and i have data turned off for all apps. i also don’t have the automatic setting that uses data with bad wifi. what is happening?

1MB  of data costs 1€ so when your out of your monthly allowance, that will be used up very quickly.

i.e. google play store update of chrome would be 38MB, so if you had 38e a background app update would use up all the credit
