4g very slow in Lisacul

I've been away for a week. Last week I was getting great speeds, 4g and 70mbps download. Today i'm getting 2.6mbps download. Nothing has changed with my equipment. What's going on?

Hi, Connection is more stable today and speeds are back to around 60mbps
down. Has there been an issue?
