I ordered a €20 prepay sim on 27/12. It never arrived. After not find any support whatsoever anywhere online I eventually went and queued outside the Three shop in Carlow for a pandemic heightened half an hour to get a 'replacement' sim. When I finally got it working, I log in and find out my allowance expires on the 26th January!! That means that my month allowance started when I ordered the SIM card?! Even if it had arrived within 2 days I’d still be paying for 2 days where I could not physically use the sim due to it not being in my possession. As it is, through no fault of my own, I’m paying for a months allowance and only being given 18 days!!! Seriously?
