Bank of ireland top up not applying to account

I have put through a top up via my online banking and it hasn't come through. I called my bank to confirm the number was correct as on the statements its partially blanked out. Can you advise of any delays?

@Paula4 Hi there, I'm wondering if your credit has applied since you posted? If not, is the transaction showing as 'Pending' or 'Completed' when you check your banking online? Let me know and we'll go from there.

Yes the credit came through at around 5pm yesterday so there must have been a delay. Thanks for your reply!
