For the past few days I havent been able to view my customer dashboard on both my3 web and the my3 app. The photo attached shows what displays when I try to view the dashboard to view my balance or when I try to change my prepay phone plan. I'm currently doing college exams online and want to check my plan/balance to ensure I can resort to mobile data during my exams for exam submission etc. in the case that broadband cuts out or similar. I've received texts from three saying I wouldnt be able to acess my3 during updates to the system but the next update isn't until 2pm Sunday 26th April so I should have access today? Thanks
