Cancel my order due to delay.Im away

Can you cancel my  and refund me.I purchased phone on Tuesday and supose to get it next working day.So it was delayed and its thursday evening.I still have no tracking number  or delivery date.I am away from friday evening for 2 weeks.Just nobody will be at home.So i need refund.Your delivery is not acceptiblle for me. 

Pm me there to cancel it.Nobody cares rang customer service few times
