Cannot access My3 Account - mantenance continuing?

I understand that three did an update of its system on 24 April and still I canot access my3 acccount. I have registered so my e-mail become my username but it won't let me. I hit the "forgot password" button and changed my password but sill I cannot access the site.

If the site is still under maintenance, it would be good if someone could tell me when it will be possible for me to access "my3" accoiunt.

The email address is case sensitive, so try putting in an uppercase for first letter maybe

no, it is no password problem - currently, it appear to accept my password, is about to let me in and then kicks me out.
