Cannot access voicemail

Hi there,

I'm on the €20 pre-paid all you can eat data plan but when I go to contact voicemail I get a message to say I don't have enough credit to make the call - is that correct? I still have 4 days before I have to top up and don't understand how voicemail calls would not be part of the plan.

@Cfitz Hi there, have you taken a look at our 3MadeEasy blogs, there's one there about voicemail. It calls out the price of voicemail depends on your plan. For 3Prepay 20 it's 15cent. So you'll need to have at least that amount in credit. Below is a link to the blog I mentioned 👇
