Charged for call to 1907

I recently made 2 calls to 1907 which I assumed was a freephone number but I have been charged. Should I have been charged for these calls? Also, can you clarify if calls to all 19xx numbers are free / chargeable from a Three Prepay number?

I've checked the current prepay price guide and there's no mention of charges for 19XX numbers.

How much were you charged? It's pretty poor form to charge for a call where no information is provided that charges apply. 19XX numbers are telecoms company service numbers, not premium numbers.
