Credit Vanished

I topped up by €20.00 to activate my bundle of free calls, i done this on a Friday. Bundle activated!!!!!

Monday (2 days later) i topped up by another €20.00 to ring a few numbers that wasnt covered on the bundle, i.e landlines or businesses ( this bundle only includes mobile numbers).  I made 1 phone call and the number was engaged, i didnt try to ring back until today. Credit GONE!!!! i didnt make one phone call!!!! I had a data bundle so it wasnt my interent.  WHERE is my credit GONE???????

I'd check to see if bundle was there for data because it's 2 euro per day and that would add up. Check in my3

I think sometimes the bundle can end up coming out on a different day and if it was gone, and you connected to the data, got charged 2 euro, then the day your bundle was due, you didn't have the credit to purchase so it didn't add on. - within a couple of days your credit is gone.
