Hi, I had a recurring monthly data add-on for 200MB @ β¬4.99 per month. Last evening I turned off mobile data then removed the add-on in My3. I believe that I had over β¬4 credit in my account at this point. Since then my credit has gone to zero despite me making no calls or texts and mobile data has remained off. There is no record of any usage in my recent calls in My3 so can you please explain where my credit has gone? Thanks.

Hi, the credit, well β¬3.30 anway, seems to have reappeared in my account today. I don't know if there is some issue with the My3 credit check but I am happy with the outcome. Thanks for the response.
