When I topped up 20 before I used to keep my credit. I changed to 30 didn't like it so went back to 20 and the 20 gets taken off me so my balance is 0.00 have thing changed now
@Mo1 Hi there and good morning 😀 I'm guessing you were previously on our legacy 3Pay plan, then changed to 3 Prepay 30 and then to 3 Prepay 20. 3 Prepay 20 is different from 3Pay in that your €20 credit is deducted for your plan benefits on the newer plan.
