Hi
This issue has occurred to me before and was fixed. Today it has happened again.
Basically, despite having data allowance from data add-on, I have been charged for internet usage ths afternoon today with the result that my balance is down to zero now.
Any idea from the Technical team, why this has happened today and had happened to me before?
