Error message when topping up

‘Oops! Your registration and top up has not gone through’
Over the last week I have been continuously getting this message when I try to top up my pre pay plan by €20 using instant top up. I have never gotten this message before until now. It is not an error with my bank or details as they are all correct. It’s very frustrating to keep getting this message as I need credit to make important calls. Please help

@Star2323 Hi there, that's a strange error for "instant top-up" because you don't need to register anything for it. What link are you using? When you go to top-up are you logged into My3?

 

 

The message has come up when I’ve tried to instant top up through the 3
website and also when trying through My3 app. I went to a 3 store and they
were able to top me up there so it seems to be an issue with just the
instant top up for me.

@Star2323 sorry to hear that, I'm sure it is an inconvenience for you. What I want to do is look at your number. When you rank up, will you send me your full name, number, address and date of birth?

@Kate_32733 Hi Kate & welcome to the 3Community. What error message are you getting? Are you seeing it on the app or web version of My3? Are you just trying to top-up or also set up a scheduled top-up?
